28. Enforcement

 

The provisions of the Declaration, the By-Laws, the Articles of Incorporation of the Association, the Act and duly promulgated rules and regulations may be enforced by the Board of Directors of by any aggrieved Owner through court proceedings for injunctive relief, for damages or for both.

 

29. Severability Clause

 

The invalidity of any covenant, restriction, condition, limitation or other provision of the Declaration or the By-Laws will not impair or affect in any manner the validity, enforceability or effect of the rest of the Declaration or the By-Laws.
