Our street addresses will be changing soon. The new street name will be Ivy Court. Please make a note of it.

 

As you are probably aware, everyone receives a maximum of two (2) parking passes for each football weekend. We anticipate that this forthcoming year, parking will be at a premium for most of the football weekends. We have just enough available parking spaces to accommodate two cars for each unit. If you are having friends or family use your unit for a football weekend, please inform them in advance of the limit as well. Your cooperation in respecting this limit for the safety of everyone is greatly appreciated.

Dear Jamison Residential Unit Owner,

 

In accordance with the Jamison Residential Condominium Association Declaration and Bylaws, notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of the Association, which is to be held on, Friday September 15, 2006 at 4:00P.M. at the Jamison Inn, 1404 Ivy Court, South Bend, Indiana. This is the weekend of the Notre Dame versus Michigan game.

 

The Board of Directors submits the proposed Budget for the Association for 2007 for your approval at the annual meeting.

 

Please mark your calendar for Friday, September 15, 2006 and plan to attend our annual meeting. We had promised you at last year’s annual meeting to look into the cost associated with doing the stairway landing and stair treads replacement project and report back our findings. We have extensively researched this project, with Unicorn Management's assistance, and the findings of a structural engineer, we feel that we have come up with a viable, cost effective solution, which will be discussed at the annual meeting. The most current financial report will also be presented and we will also review our accomplishments, discuss future planning for Jamison Residential, vote on the proposed budget, review rental pool activities as well as the election of two directors.

 

If you are unable to attend in person,  for your convenience we have available to you an absentee ballots for your convenience. If you are unsure you will be able to attend, please fill out the ballots, as your vote is important to us. If you wish to assign your vote to someone, a proxy form is included as well. We will be sending out a current roster of all of the owners to assist you if you wish to assign your proxy to someone. If you find that any information on the roster is incorrect, please complete the Owner Information Worksheet as soon as possible.
